
The 2020-21 Albury Tennis Association summer pennant champions will be decided at the Albury grasscourts on Saturday with grand finals to be played across all sections.
Forrest Hill Eagles, led by Nick Vicary, Dan Sutton and Ben Tari, were in top form to secure a grand final berth with an impressive 48-32 victory against Wangaratta Thunder.
Matches were close between the two sides, however, Eagles played hard to ensure they claimed all sets for the day.
They will take on St Pat's Hilfiger in the decider after it progressed on a forfeit against minor premiers Uiver Park Bulls.
In section one women, Forrest Hill's Monica Sourivong, Di Wurtz, Maxine Quinlivan and Helen Curtis proved a formidable team to win against Thurgoona Jade's Patricia Baldwin, Jo Simpfendorfer, Jackie Rooke and Rebecca Zanin in comfortable fashion.
The other final was closer between St Pat's Red and Wodonga Larrikins as Alison Tinworth, Nicole McCurdy, Dionne Hartley and Pam Stubbs won four sets and 39 games to defeat Larrikins with two sets and 28 games and set up a date with Forrest Hill in the decider.

Wodonga Bushrangers charged into the section two men's grand final with a comprehensive five sets and 43 games to one set and 24 games triumph over St Pat's Black.
Forrest Hill Galahs' Malcolm Lieschke, Graeme Wurtz, Ken Wurtz and Hayden McIntosh conquered Albury Gold to set up a pennant decider with the Bushrangers on the weekend.
In section three men, Albury Gold's Peter McMahon, Rob Gilchrist, Garry Hughes and Neil Mitchell showed why they were the top side with a strong win against Wodonga Pirates.
Gilchrist and Hughes paired exceptionally in the doubles to drop only one game for the day and await Forrest Hill Blues' in the weekend's grand final.
Section four saw St Pat's Yellow's Ella McDonnell, Ryan Johnston and Vittoria Moscher continue their team's dominance against Albury Swans and will be tough to beat in the grand final.
Wodonga Bears won all sets against St Pat's Purple in readiness for a hard-hitting grand final against St Pat's Yellow.
In section five, St Pat's Purple's Jake Meagher, Travis Rodd and Max Whitsed overcame Forrest Hill Swans, five sets and 30 games to one set and 18 games.
St Pat's Black Bentley Fraser, Oscar Cameron and Tom Wheatley won four sets and 30 games to two sets and 15 games against Albury Vipers and will face their clubmates in the decider.
