The much anticipated clash will mark the return to netball for both sides after the cancellation of last season due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Wahgunyah coach Andrea Eales admitted the club was excited to return for the special occasion.
"I think it'll be good for both clubs considering we've had twelve months off," Eales said.
"It'll be good to build some morale around the club by having it on a special day.

"I think everyone's a little bit nervous to be playing again.
"I'm just keen to see where we fit in the scheme of the league."
The Lions will welcome Victoria Borg and Julia Tennent onto the court for their first game with the club.
It will also mark Brianna Renshaw's first game as Rutherglen's new coach since taking on the role.
