Culph and Patrick Fitzgerald were crowned the Albury Easter Tournament's AMT men's doubles winners after defeating Tomislav Papac and Arjay Murray of Sydney 6-7, 6-7.
The match concluded at around 7:30pm, with players forced to move from grass to synthetic grass halfway through to play under lights.
"We had to adapt pretty quickly in such a high pressure final," Culph said.
"It was a complete change of environment."

It's the third time Culph and Fitzgerald have teamed up this year, having won the Victorian Grasscourt Championships and coming runner-up at Wodonga's Labour Day tournament.
The duo were forced to meet in the semi-finals of the singles in the Easter event, with Fitzgerald qualifying for the decider.
"It was another tough match and quite a long affair," Culph said.
"He played great tennis at the big moments."
