Jordan Bourke, 28, appeared in the Wodonga Magistrates Court this week after police allegedly uncovered a cache of messages on his phone detailing drug dealing, an image showing him holding a stolen shotgun, and video footage showing him firing two sawn-off guns at a property.
Bourke is applying for bail after raids at his Conway Court home last month.
The court heard in the first raid on March 17, two iPhones, 69 Seroquel tablets, a shotgun cartridge, empty zip lock bags, two bottles of steroids, magic mushrooms, scales and weapons were found.
Police allegedly found $7235 in his wallet and two jewellery boxes.
The contents of his phone were downloaded, which police allege showed he was involved in ice trafficking since November 18 last year.
Police are concerned by messages from one person offering to sell Bourke shotguns, rifles and a high-powered air rifle.
The court heard he agreed to buy the weapons.
An image on his phone showed him holding a Beretta shotgun while wearing latex gloves in an apparent bid to prevent his DNA getting on the weapon.
Police believe the gun is one of 10 stolen during a Deniliquin burglary on August 25 last year.
Investigators alleged messages on the phone show Bourke had been buying ounces of meth from $4000 to $6000, and breaking the drugs into smaller amounts for sale.

"Messages indicate that money is owed to the accused for the purchase of drugs from various people with threats and deadlines made to them to pay up with interest," Detective Senior Constable Ray Causer told the court.
"Threats are made by the accused that he is at a point in his life where he has nothing to lose and they will get a life lesson when s--- hits the fan."
Police served Bourke with a firearm prohibition order during the first search warrant, and returned on March 23.
A laser sight and shotgun snap caps were seized.
He had been bailed 10 days before the first raid after being charged with handling stolen goods, drug possession, unlicensed driving, resisting an emergency worker on duty, failing to stop on police direction and other offences.
Bourke's new bail application will return, part heard, on Tuesday.
