A early goal from Kye Halloway and a brace from Frazer Trezise gave Boomers a commanding 3-0 lead at the break.
Captain Jordan Crawford rounded out an emphatic performance with a goal in the final stages to seal the 4-0 result.
St Pats' division two men's side was forced to forfeit its quarter-final tie against Wangaratta due to a lack of eligible players.
