A early goal from Kye Halloway and a brace from Frazer Trezise gave Boomers a commanding 3-0 lead at the break.
Captain Jordan Crawford rounded out an emphatic performance with a goal in the final stages to seal the 4-0 result.
St Pats' division two men's side was forced to forfeit its quarter-final tie against Wangaratta due to a lack of eligible players.

Albury United and Albury City contest the first semi-final at Jelbart Park on May 12, while Boomers face Wangaratta at Willlow Park on May 19.
Reigning league champions St Pats, along with Boomers, Albury United and Wangaratta are in contention for the women's FA Cup.
