The teams will play at 4pm after the Bulldogs and Magpies A-grade Ovens and Murray clash at Martin Park.
The inaugural match will see male and female players aged 14 and above contest four 10 minute quarters.
Wodonga coach Kellie Perry said everyone has been enthusiastic about the match.
"For a lot them it's the first time they've ever played," she said.
"They're all very excited.

"We have a history at Wodonga Bulldogs with the Jets (football team) and this is just a different avenue that we thought would open up opportunities for young adults."
Perry said it's something the club would like to see continue.
"It's certainly started the conversation about where this could lead to," she said.
Perry is joined by assistant coach Felicity Limbrick.
