The visitors went ahead in the fifth minute through Lily Godfrey, but St Pats captain Claire Mahoney levelled it for her side with a goal midway through the half.
A second to Mahoney put St Pats in front with 20 to play, but to Spurs' credit, they found another gear and scored three times in the final 13 minutes through Elisha Wild, Jess Briggs and Mya Carroll to seal a famous victory.
