Jack Thomas will be the senior assistant-development coach for the 2021-22 season.
It follows former junior Dylan Weeding's appointment as coach.
Thomas is originally from Cornwall in the UK and has played previously at Cricket Albury-Wodonga outfits New City and St Patrick's.
"Jack has a passion for coaching and developing young cricketers," the club said on its Facebook site.
"We are excited and very keen to learn from Jack's experience, knowledge, attention to detail and progressive game style.

Thomas has worked with Weeding and club president Sam O'Connor at junior representative level.
