Wangaratta kicked 14 goals in the final quarter against North Albury in round six, but an individual effort by Callum Moore will take some topping.
"He got the footy on the wing, got around a bloke, had six bounces and kicked a banana, it was incredible," coach Dean Stone offered.
It was one of nine.
"He was on fire that day, I don't know if he's that good every week?," North best and fairest George Godde quizzed.
"He was playing as a rover at times, he wasn't just playing in the rover's position, he was playing like a rover, I'd love to have one of him."
It's not often you see a 193cm rover, but Moore's not a traditional 'big'.
"He's the best player I've seen this season, comfortably," Godde suggested.
