Miles is expected to have scans on Monday to determine the extent of the problem.
The home team carried a three-point lead to quarter-time before the unbeaten Tigers exploded in racking up a 19.10 (124) to 6.7 (43) demolition.
Jacob Conlan now leads the Doug Strang Medal after booting six to take his tally to 35, Brayden O'Hara landed four in his comeback game from a hamstring issue, while Miles himself nailed three.
"We had pretty even contributions from everyone again, particularly after quarter-time where I felt like we played our brand of footy a bit more," Miles said.
Apart from the three major goalkickers, veteran Shaun Daly, Fletcher Carroll and Riley Bice also featured.
