
Mitta United veteran James Gray will front the Tallangatta and District Football League independent tribunal next Tuesday night.
Gray has been charged with unbecoming conduct after an investigation by league investigations officer Mark Deegan.
The incident occurred during the Blues' reserves round 8 clash with Chiltern at Eskdale on June 19.

The incident involved Swans player Nik Weber with no report on the day.
Chiltern requested the league investigate the incident.
Gray hasn't played since the incident.
Meanwhile Tallangatta's Bob Russell will front the tribunal on Tuesday night.
Wodonga Saints requested the league investigate an incident involving Russell and coach Zack Pleming against the Hoppers at Tallangatta on June 26.
The incident was referred to the tribunal on the recommendation of Deegan after completing his investigation.
