Mr Morrison said the government previously provided NSW extra doses.
But the Prime Minister would not be drawn on whether any new doses were provided today or what position he took on NSW's request for additional Pfizer doses.
"What I want to say to those in Sydney is we've got to press on, we've got to keep showing that strength and we've got to support each other," he said.
"There are no easy solutions. There is no silver bullet."
When asked whether he supported Daniel Andrews' call for a ring of steel to be placed around Sydney, Mr Morrison said the only view that matters was that of the NSW Premier.
He said the discussion was a good opportunity to dispel concerns that the Sydney lockdown was not severe enough.
Mr Morrison said significant support had been provided to NSW to support residents during lockdown.
He said in NSW state vaccine centres second doses of the vaccine would extended to six weeks after the first dose, to allow greater amounts of first doses to be delivered.
Mr Morrison said they had a lengthy and robust discussion on NSW.
"The answer in NSW is every single person that lives there," he said.
Mr Morrison encouraged every Australian to talk to their GPs and get vaccinated.
Australia's leader came together today for a National Cabinet meeting.
Mr Morrison said the transport ministers and the AHPPC will review the freight code to ensure the program has greater consistency.
Mr Morrison said today was a good opportunity to come together to create supports.

Ms Berejiklian said she would be asking National Cabinet to refocus the vaccination rollout so younger people in Sydney's COVID hotspots could be given Pfizer.
Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews said he would not allow Victorian vaccine to be sent to NSW so NSW could open while Victoria was closed.
He said there was not enough vaccine for everyone.
Mr Andrews called on NSW to create a ring of steel around Sydney to contain the virus, saying he will raise the matter at National Cabinet.
"We need to contain this so we don't have a national emergency in every part of our nation," he said.

Mr Andrews pointed out both Victoria and South Australia was in lockdown because of cases which originated in NSW.
"If there is a national emergency in Sydney, and I'm not doubting that for a moment, there is national responsibility that Sydneysiders are locked into Sydney," he said.
"We need a ring of steel around Sydney so that this virus is not spreading into other parts of our nation."
NSW recorded 136 cases of COVID-19 in the 24 hours to 8pm yesterday, of which 70 spent some time in the community while infectious.
Victoria recorded 14 cases, of which three were in the community while infectious. One case is still under investigation.
