The key tall has booted 43 majors this season, but he and John Mitchell both missed the opening meeting with the undefeated Tigers.
Osborne blew the Brookers away in the first half to record a comfortable 51-point victory, but Gestier admitted it will be a vastly different side in the return leg, to be played at Howlong, due to the removal of Lockhart Shire from the border bubble.
"Obviously a couple of blokes missed last time and a couple will miss this time, but I think we're a much more mature side than last time," Gestier said,

"We've got measures we need to mark up to, it's not necessarily about proving a point, it will just be a good challenge, especially for the young boys.
"We took a fair bit out of that loss and if we can put them under a bit of pressure they might not have felt before, things could turn a bit for the better."
Meanwhile, CDHBU will be understrength when it faces Culcairn today without its Victorian stars.
CDHBU has confirmed the reserves match won't go ahead.
