Stephen Lloyd tried to avoid being sentenced on Monday by claiming his surname was "John".
But Lloyd's belligerence was dismissed by magistrate Richard Funston, clearly irritated the 64-year-old homeless Finley man was telling the same lie yet again.
IN OTHER NEWS:
A previous hearing involving Lloyd ultimately resulted in the matter being stood aside as the accused's identity could not be verified at the time.
Mr Funston was having none of that on Monday though, when Lloyd immediately claimed before Albury Local Court that he was a different person to who had been charged with using a carriage service to menace, harass or offend.
Lloyd tried to use the "John" ruse as a defence to a second charge of failing to appear on bail.
"You can't have it both ways," Mr Funston told him, "you're either here as Stephen Lloyd or you're not."
The video was sent to Ms Hennessy and to several other politicians and "well-known media personalities" on June 11, 2020, at 1.02pm via Lloyd's icloud email address.
But the email was opened by an electorate officer working for Ms Hennessy.
Mr Funston was horrified by what had been sent, describing the footage as, essentially, a "snuff" video.
"It was so filthy, so disgusting and so offensive for public servants doing their job and then they get sent this video," he said.
Police told the court the video was accompanied by a photograph of a pregnant Caucasian woman with a black man over which Lloyd had placed the word "death", plus a rant replete with racist, offensive language that he then justified with Biblical references.
The video depicted two men attacking a woman cowering on the ground, one stabbing her torso with a knife and the other her head and neck with a machete before she was decapitated.
They could then be seen dancing around the woman's body, one holding her head by her hair.
Mr Funston had considered jail, but instead convicted and fined Lloyd $5000.
