The two sides are set for a preliminary final clash at Bunton Park on Sunday, with Lavington and Corowa-Rutherglen meeting to determine this year's under-12s and under-14s grand finalists.
After a season full of interruptions due to COVID lockdowns and a subsequent shortened finals period, Raiders Blue coach Steve Ramage said players are just excited to be back out on the field.
"They're keen to get out there and get a game in," he said.
"It's always nice to play finals.
"It's a shame it's a reduced finals series, but we know that COVID throws up new challenges every week."
With the record standing at one win each from their two encounters so far, Ramage believes it's shaping up to be an even contest.

Jack Stewart and Angus Quinn have both enjoyed consistent seasons for the Raiders, while Will Mitchell and Blake Wright were among the best for Lavington last time the Panthers played.
"You know it's always going to be a competitive match," Ramage said.
"To get one result each, it shows that both teams are pretty evenly matched."
The winner will meet Albury in the decider, with the Tigers also through to the under-12s grand final.
North Albury awaits the winner in the under-14s.
It's also prelim finals time in the NEB Female Football League.
