Bailey Lang and Sarah Robinson were on fire in the Bushrangers' attack end, helping the side to victory by six-goals.
It marked the last game of the season for both teams.
"It was a great way to finish off," Beechworth coach Coby Surrey said.
"I think everyone was just really excited to get the last game in, being such an up and down season.

In other games, Thurgoona held on to account for Chiltern by four goals, Kiewa-Sandy Creek defeated Wodonga Saints, 51 goals from Jess Garland saw Yackandandah beat Wahgunyah, and Mitta United were too strong for Barnawartha.
Rutherglen forfeited their match against Tallangatta.
The Hawks, Hoppers, Roos, Blues, Bulldogs and Swans now move into finals.
