A North Albury teenager has sworn before storming out of a jail video suite on being told she wasn't going to be sentenced straight away.

Mikaela Morgan's matters related to having suspected stolen goods were still before magistrate Richard Funston in Albury Local Court.
When Mr Funston adjourned the case for several weeks to allow for the preparation of a pre-sentence report, Morgan said "f--k", stood up and took off.

The court took no offence, with Mr Funston noting that Morgan's reaction was far milder than the previous week when she "gave me a serve".
She appeared to be much calmer, he said of the unemployed 19-year-old.
Morgan, who is in Junee jail, pleaded guilty to two charges of goods in personal custody suspected of being stolen and will be sentenced on September 27.
She is also being dealt with on charges of car theft and driving while disqualified, with both having been the subject of an outstanding warrant for her arrest.
The court was told police were patrolling West Albury on August 3 about 3.15pm when they saw Morgan walking along Hibiscus Crescent.
The officers were aware of the outstanding warrant and so stopped their vehicle next to Morgan and yelled out her name as she reached the stairwell of a house.
"The accused turned and looked directly at police and ran inside the house."
The officers chased Morgan, going inside the house to place her under arrest.
They found her in the backyard "with a large number of large dogs around her".
She was found to be carrying a Medicare card and a driver's licence in the name of another woman.
The warrant related to an incident on June 27 when Morgan contacted someone over Facebook to get a lift to an address in Curlewis Street.
She and another woman left Morgan's address and spoke to the victim. Morgan said she wanted to take the car, but without him.
He refused, then changed his mind when Morgan said her parents "got bad anxiety" when she didn't drive.
They got fuel at a service station on Union Road, but when he went to pay for the fuel she drove off.
