NSW Deputy Premier John Barilaro said nine cases were recorded in the state's Far West, 51 in Western NSW 51, three in the Hunter New England area, five in the Illawarra Shoalhaven area, and six on the Central Coast.
PREVIOUSLY:
NSW has recorded 1290 cases of locally acquired COVID-19, and four deaths in the 24 hours to 8pm yesterday.

Three new cases of COVID were recorded in hotel quarantine.

Yesterday Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews revealed the state would not leave lockdown this week due to the continued high case numbers.
The outbreak in Shepparton reached 96 active cases last night, but that number is expected to increase over coming days.
Goulburn Valley Health chief executive Matt Sharp said additional positive cases detected yesterday would be reported today.
"COVID-19 is still spreading in the community and anyone with the mildest symptoms of COVID-19 such as fever, chills, cough, sore throat, runny nose, loss of sense of smell) should get tested immediately," he said.
"In addition to cold and flu like symptoms, some people with COVID-19 are experiencing nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea and people with these symptoms should be mindful that it could be COVID-19.
