Condon joined the club midway through last summer through a connection with Tim and Anthony Hartshorn, who he played alongside as a teenager in Batemans Bay.
The left-hander played 11 games and while he battles Perthes Disease, a degenerative condition in his hip, he still had the class to rack up 307 runs at 34, despite obvious discomfort.
"He's very focused on developing our juniors, like the guys who have come into A grade over the last 12 months, but he'll also challenge the older blokes to improve their games as well," president Dale Paddle offered.
"With his experience, Matt was talking with the players and explaining to them what the tactics were, why the field was set the way it was and what they were hoping to achieve, I think he'll be a real asset."
