Iannucci will succeed Bill Puckett at the helm in 2022 and believes the club's thriving junior scene can translate into success at senior level.
But what happens off the pitch is of equal importance for the 49-year-old.
"I like fixing things up," Iannucci said.
"What I'm good at is building camaraderie and unity.
"On the pitch is one thing but I really want to get a bit of passion back in the club.
ALSO IN SPORT:
"It's all through teaching. I'm not a bad teacher, for want of a better word.
"It's man-management.
"Someone's strengths aren't necessarily someone else's and you might not talk to one person the way you talk to another even though the end goal is the same.
"We've got some of the best juniors in the competition and it really augurs well for the club moving forward, especially going into the seniors."
