A spokesman for the Staughton Group, which runs the Cool Off plant, said on Wednesday morning that negative COVID test results had been returned for three workers who worked near the driver who visited the plant on August 31.
Previously two of the three regarded as key contacts had been given the all-clear on Tuesday, with the last coming in on Wednesday.
There have also been further negative results for much of the 41 other workers who also undertake tasks in the affected area of the factory.

As a result, that section of the plant is expected to resume production on Wednesday, so the factory will be fully operational with three other isolated areas having continued to operate.
The three have been deemed to be casual contacts, rather than primary contacts, meaning they can return to work rather than continue to quarantine for 14 days.
The truck driver had only worked outdoors during his visit to Cool Off.
The news comes as the NSW and Victorian government continue to weigh up lifting lockdowns across the Border.
