A 25-year-old man will face Corowa Local Court next month after an alleged assault at the Mulwala Ski Club on Saturday night.

Murray River Police inspector Scott Russell said the victim, a 24 year-old man, was sitting at the poker machines in the club when the incident occurred at about 8.45pm.
"An argument occurred before the victim was allegedly struck (with an object)" he said.
"As a result the victim received a small cut to his ear and required some medical treatment.
"The offender was arrested at his residence."
IN OTHER NEWS:
Inspector Russell said the man was charged with arm with intent to commit and indictable offence.
"He was given conditional bail to appear at the Corowa Local Court on the 20th October," he said.
