A Wodonga man will return to court next month after allegedly making a false or misleading claim to the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.

Daniel Dixon is accused of falsely declaring his florist business, D&E Dixon Pty Ltd, had no outstanding liabilities.
IN OTHER NEWS:
He was deregistering the company, which ASIC said had $26,454 in liabilities.
The case was first mentioned last Monday and will return to the Wodonga Magistrates court on November 23.
