Residents of the Border city have been urged to put forward their unsung heroes for Citizen, Young Citizen, Volunteer and Community Group of the Year awards.
"If ever there was a time to say thank you to our community heroes, it's now," Albury mayor Kevin Mack said.
"It goes without saying that COVID-19 has presented us with a tough challenge but throughout it all, people have been quietly working to make our city an even better place, so please do nominate those people who are worthy of thanks and recognition."

Dr Eric Moyle was recognised as the Citizen of the Year for 2021, while Ellie Walsh (Young Citizen), Lavington Fire Brigade (Community Group), Bruce and Kathy Barnes (Volunteer) took out the other honours.
Nominations close on November 30 on the Albury Council website.
The award winners will be announced on Australia Day, 2022.
