Police are investigating after two young people were seen running from a burning phone box in Lavington.

A jerry can with fuel was found at the scene following the blaze on Union Road on Monday night.
Police and firefighters were called to the scene, outside the Parkland Mity Mart, about 10.30pm.

The blaze was quickly extinguished without causing significant damage, and police are now seeking information.
