Emergency services were called to Urana Road at the Jindera Gap about 6.15am on Wednesday.
One driver reportedly tried to avoid crashing into a kangaroo, leading to the two-car collision.

A NSW Ambulance spokesman said paramedics attended and assessed two patients.
Neither of them required transport to hospital.
The incident caused traffic delays for a short period of time.
