The families of two Border men killed in a plane crash on April 13 will likely have answers about what occurred before the end of the year.
Hayden Bruce and Tom Sheather died when their Cessna entered a spin before crashing into the ground.
They had been inspecting power lines near Canberra for Albury-based Oberon Aviation Services on behalf of Essential Energy.
