Mann is stepping up to coach the Bulldogs' A-grade next season, in addition to the B-grade role she's held for the last two years.
The club's top two grades have won just five of 134 matches stretching back to 2017 and Mann is determined to turn things around.
"Winning doesn't come easy and these girls know that," she said.
"They know how much harder they need to work to get there.
"In the last few years, across all the senior grades, we've competed with some of the top teams for large portions of the game.
"We can match them for a quarter here and there but to be able to maintain that consistency, you've got to be able to hold that level of intensity for the whole game.
"Wins aren't easy in the O and M, it's a very high standard and that will start on the training track, making sure every session is at a high intensity and that we're really putting in the hard work to make sure we're as best prepared as we possibly can be, so we're not trying to adjust mid-game."
Mann has coached for 10 years, in the junior grades at Wodonga Saints and more recently working with representative sides and in Netball Victoria's talent academy pathway.
"When you're coaching a club, it's about understanding people and being able to build strong relationships with not only the players but the support network around you," Mann said.

"Having been here for five years now, I feel I've built some good respect and trust.
"I think that'll hold me in good stead because these are people, they're not just players, and we play because we love the game.
"Understanding people and how to get the most out of them is critical to being successful.
"Bulldogs is such a proud club and for them to show this faith in me is an honour.
"It's a big responsibility, managing people's expectations and trying to help them enjoy their netball as much as possible while working as hard as we can to get the success on court the club and players are committed to getting back to."
