Games will be played over the next eight weeks, starting at 5:30pm each Tuesday at the Albury Hockey Centre with the last games scheduled for 8:30pm.
The focus of twilight hockey is fun and family, designed as a social competition which gives beginners the chance to come and try hockey for the first time.
It's also an opportunity for children to play alongside their parents and friends, with individuals normally aligned to different clubs able to join forces.
"We've got 14 teams, which is as many as we can fit in a night competition," Hockey Albury-Wodonga operations manager Cayte Campbell said.

"People want to get out there and keep up their fitness but not play under pressure.
"Dads can play with their daughters and Mums can play with their sons.
"In a normal year, it's important to keep playing hockey but this year, considering it's been such a broken and shortened season, it's even more important.
"It's good for people's fitness but it's also good for their mental health."
There's still time to be placed in a team so if you want to play, call the Hockey Albury-Wodonga office on 02 6041 3417.
