Kiewa will again look to Jacob Barber's leadership on Saturday following his destructive effort with the ball last weekend.
Barber tore through Dederang's lower and middle-order on his way to 6-12 as Kiewa chased down 118 to win by four wickets.
"A captain leading from the front like that, you can't ask for anything more," coach Damian Morrison said.
"He bowled a bit tighter and got his reward. It was the classic 'you miss, I hit.'

Kiewa hosts Baranduda on Saturday looking to make it two wins from two, with all-rounder Scott Goodwin back in the team.
"The top six need time in the middle," Morrison said.
"We don't have the luxury of having turf practice wickets and batting on synthetic and turf are two different things so it was good for a few of the boys to get some time out there last weekend."
Elsewhere, Bethanga hosts Yackandandah and Barnawartha-Chiltern is home to Mt Beauty, while Eskdale entertains Dederang.
