Selling agency McGrath Real Estate described the home as picture perfect.
The property last sold in July 2019 for just $300,000.
Meanwhile, a two-bedroom unit in central Albury increased in value by 48 per cent in two years.
3/456 Crisp Street, Albury, sold attracted 18 bids at auction on Saturday before selling for $404,000.
Auctioneer George Bourdis of George Bourdis Real Estate said the "standout" terrace looking property had a modern twist.
The property last sold in December 2019 for just $272,500.

McGrath Real Estate said unit 1 and 2 Kotthoff Street had a rental income of $250 each. McGrath also sold a Tallangatta cottage at 3 Barree Street for $240,000 at auction.
9 Anne Street, Wodonga; 785 Mate Street, North Albury; and 319 Chambers Avenue, East Albury; were all passed in at auction with negotiations ongoing.
