The siblings have previously played predominantly for Wahgunyah.
Both brothers have also previously captained the Lions.
Football manager Paul Rippingale said the pair would add further depth to the Power's midfield rotations.
"It's rare to sign two captains from another club," Rippingale said.
"But both the boys wanted to try something different.
"So they knocked on our door and asked if they could have a run with us over the pre-season.
"They both enjoyed the change and recently signed because they have also got a few mates at the club.
"We were happy to accommodate them and they will add to our midfield depth."

Leigh, 30, played 144 senior matches at Wahgunyah before crossing to Corowa-Rutherglen in 2019.
He played 13 senior matches for the Roos before COVID in 2020 and a knee injury this year restricted him to a handful of appearances in the reserves.
Leigh finished third in the Barton medal in 2017 taken out by Yackandandah's Lee Dale.
Shannon, 26, has played more than 100 matches for Wahgunyah.
He won the Lions' best and fairest in 2019.
The Power also snared the prized signing of Kyle Docherty in October.
Docherty is the biggest name arrival in the Hume league over the off-season so far.
A versatile key position player, Docherty had been named in the Team of the Year in both the Ballarat and Mornington Peninsula Nepean Football League Team of the Year in recent seasons.
Rippingale said the Power have no notable departures after finishing this season fifth with a 10-6 record.
"I think big 'Doch' will be a revolution in the Hume league," Rippingale said.
"The big fella has been leading the way at training and has raised the bar in regards to professionalism.
"We are still hopeful of signing a few more players and we need to.
"Jindera have added four or five quality players, Brock-Burrum has got three or four.
"Holbrook has picked up three or four, so we are under no illusion we need to keep improving just to remain in finals contention."
CDHBU travel to Henty for its season opener.
