Grass courts in Albury and Wodonga were out of action on Friday due to more heavy downpours, which stalled the tournament run in conjunction with the Margaret Court Cup.
The event is required to be played on grass, however junior Margaret Court Cup matches can be moved to synthetic and hardcourts.
Tournament director Phil Shanahan said it had been another difficult preparation for the event.
ALSO IN SPORT:
"The water tables at Albury and with the river being up, the grass courts are affected," he said.
"I think we'll be lucky to get onto Albury grasscourts on Saturday, but hopefully we can get on at Wodonga (Tennis Centre) to start the Wimbledon qualifiers.
"We're going to be looking to use some of the alternate venues across the area.
"There's more than 50 grass courts between Albury and Wodonga and with the synthetic and hard courts at Wodonga its only 18."
