Yoga Stops Traffick comprises a free class in Albury Botanic Gardens at 9.30am organised by founder of Albury-Wodonga YST Karla Horn and yoga instructor Gaelle Pettifer.
The international yoga movement began in 2010, with events also planned in North America, Europe and Asia.

Ms Pettifer said the session aimed to be fun and accessible for people who might not have done yoga before.
"It's more about providing a feeling of what it's like when we come together with a common goal and uplift each other," she said.
Donations will be accepted to support the work of anti-trafficking organisation Odanadi Seva Trust.
"The statistics are horrendous on the amount of predominantly women and children who are basically sold or stolen for human trafficking purposes, mainly in the sex trade," Ms Pettifer said.
