The George Webb-Rose Boost Chocolate Bar was inspired by the Border fighter's namesake ahead of his bout on Saturday night.
It comprises a crunchy praline base, milk chocolate mousse, caramel gel, chocolate coated with caramel crisp pearls, whipped chocolate cream with a touch of gold to top it off.
Webb-Rose, 17, who has won 14 of his 15 fights since late 2016, said he was impressed with the Albury patissier's creation.
The self-confessed sweet tooth said he had a soft spot for chocolate.
"I really love chocolate," he said.
"Kit Kat and Boost are my two favourites."
However, Webb-Rose will have to wait until after his bout tonight to try the sweet.
He said he needed to weigh in under 75 kilograms.
"I'll get into it for breakfast, lunch and dinner on Sunday!" he said.
League Boxing will host the fight night at Wodonga Racecourse on Saturday night from 7pm.
Geoffrey Michael looked forward to being ringside.
