The drug squad unit raided the Donovan Street house after 9am, seizing about $2800 worth of ice and cannabis.
A 36-year-old man will be charged with more than 30 counts of supplying a prohibited drug, dealing with proceeds of crime, and possessing methamphetamine and cannabis.
Two women spoken to at the property were released without charge.
Murray River police Detective Inspector Winston Woodward said the arrest followed a tip off through the "dob in a dealer" campaign, now into its fourth week.
"The information has come in over the past week or two, but we marry that with our own intelligence which we had on the location," he said.
"I'd like to thank the community because every little bit of information they have supplied goes towards the bigger picture."
After a separate tip-off from the public, a 25-year-old Wodonga man was arrested at a Wodonga Place motel after he was wanted in Victoria. but police also found ecstasy tablets and cannabis in his possession.
"It's a good result for members of the Albury community," Detective Inspector Woodward said.
"Members of the public have had enough of them peddling their poison.
"They think nobody's going to supply information on their drug habits, drug use or drug supply."
