Star striker Alicia Torcaso missed the Greens' 6-1 victory against City back in round two and is eager to resume the rivalry.
"It's a nice change being on the top, it's been a long time since we've been there and we're pretty happy about it," Torcaso said.
"Against teams like City, it is quite unpredictable each time, so it's however it goes on the day.
"They did very well against Wang (4-3 loss at Wangaratta) last week and I think they'll come out all guns blazing this week."
Torcaso doesn't believe the scoreline will be lopsided this time around.
"It was the second game in last time, they were still finding their feet being a new team and we had a couple of ins and outs as well," she added.
Star Player Bridget McDiarmid has been used in defence at different stages this season, but Torcaso expects her to play her usual role in the midfield this weekend.

Albury City goalkeeper Brogan Broadway won't be treating the clash differently to any other game, even though the two clubs train less than 200 metres apart.
"We start (training) at slightly different times, they tuck away on their side of the field, we tuck away on ours and it's all good," Broadway laughed.
"We always know it's going to be a hard outing against United, so we've got to make sure we're switched on from the get-go.
"Last time we played them we weren't at out best, we were very undermanned that day and the result showed."
Despite City's inconsistent start, Broadway has taken pride in the spread of goal-scorers in the squad.
Haley Morris, Renee Page, Helina Vunderl-Messis and Bree Sredojevic are all back in for City.
