Centre back Harris Lee is out with concussion, while winger Maddison Kempshall won't be risked after hurting his knee.
Greens' coach Steve McLennan is confident he has depth at his disposal.
"I've had a couple away, so it's apples for apples at the moment, which is great," he said.
Albury City has scored 35 goals this season (third in the league), while United has the best defence having only conceded twice in the first six games.
"They've got a solid front three, which is credit to them, but I'm a stats man," McLennan said.
"The stats say we've conceded two goals, which is the best (defence) in the league at this stage.
"Kris Wheeler (centre back) is very smart and very composed on the ball, but it's not all about Kris, it's about those back-four players.
"Harris Lee is out this week with concussion, but Steve Strawbs will take his place."
For the first time in a number of seasons, both United and City sit in the top-four ahead of a derby clash.
The Greens have only dropped two points all season, drawing 1-1 with Wangaratta, while City's only loss came against reigning champions Myrtleford.
City enters the clash in sublime form with big wins against the current bottom three St Pats (9-0), Albury Hotspurs (10-0) and Wodonga Heart (9-2).

But captain Campbell Taylor said the side won't take much from those results.
United's star Frenchman Gauthier Robin has been a handful for opposition defences so far, but Taylor knows they can't afford to focus on one player.
"The whole squad against United is a real threat," he said.
"We've got a couple of players back from other commitments last week and they've got to work their way back into the squad, we've got a pretty strict policy on not walking back in.
"Last week we lost Tylar Young, Suk Bhattari and a couple of others to music festivals, work and whatnot.
"Noah Sredojevic up front has been in good form up front and 'Roy' (Albury United captain Caleb Martin) is always a key match-up with any player that plays in the middle of the park."
City's leading goal-scorer Pat Brown didn't play a full 90 minutes last weekend, but is expected to start.
