The reigning premiers controlled the scoreline at every break at Corowa's John Foord Oval, with goal shooter Amanda Umanski walking away with 28 for the day.
Centre Isabelle Byrne and defender Hannah Grady starred for the Magpies in victory, while coach Kellie Keen credited her side for their strong bolt out of the blocks.
"We started really well," Keen said.
"There were patches that we need to clean up but a win in finals is a bonus, so we're happy with that."
Gabbie Star and Tayla Furborough stepped up in the goal ring for the Panthers with Maggie Young rotating in from defence.

Young became another Panther to cop a minor injury scare during the clash, with the side not able to afford anymore blows this season.
"It looks like Maggie Young rolled her ankle, but it doesn't look serious," coach Tamara Mathews said.
"It's taken it's emotional toll the last six weeks, it's been hard for our group.
"One serious injury is pretty tough, to then have a second and from the same end, that's a fairly big load to have to carry for the players who are still on court.
"Both (Star and Furborough) have been a part of our B-grade. They were great and unknown to Wang too.
"We got a lot of the ball and our defensive end through Sarah Meredith and Maggie Young was outstanding.
"It was just our decision making and the mental fatigue that crept in, and that's just experience I think."
After finishing the regular season in third position, the Panthers are still entitled to a second chance in finals next weekend.
In Sunday's elimination final it was Yarrawonga that kept themselves in the running with a 23 goal win against Albury at the Albury Sportsground.
Rebecca Carlyle and Elle Brooks had sensational games for the Pigeons while Jess Fisher-Curnow and Justine Willis fought hard for the Tigers.
Pigeon's coach Kaitlyn Cummins believes she's got the team to challenge the competition's best through finals.
"Going into the game we felt like we had our best side and we were really strong,"Cummins said.
"We knew we'd have a tough road getting to be here and we really rate Albury highly as a team.
"We knew they were going to be tough, especially on their home court, so we're really proud of the girls."
