The section three encounter between Albury Blue and Forrest Hill Blues was the standout, with the former home by just three games.
Mark Cowie, Greg Hardham, Ian Bull and Jericho Elleo all contributed well, while Steve Mooney was unbeaten for Forest Hill.
Elsewhere, a three set haul from Michael Van Der Veeke helped steer Thurgoona Bears to a hard fought four sets to two victory over St Patricks/Diggerville.

Wodonga Knights broke the deadlock late in the day to take the points from Pirates, saluting four sets to two.
Paul Tamburini remained undefeated for the winners, while Tristan Patralakis played well for Pirates.
Albury Gold was away quickly against Glenly Gold having a comfortable win, with Wodonga Eagles likewise over Thurgoona Wolves.

The pick of section two men's was between Albury Blue and Wodonga Bushrangers, with the former victorious five sets to three.
Steve Smith finished unbeaten for Blue with Steve O'Connell a two set winner for Bushrangers.
Ken Wurtz was good for Forest Hill Galahs in their victory over Albury Gold with Graeme Barned best for his side.
Wodonga Raiders and SPD had comfortable wins over Thurgoona Sharks and Sacred Heart Gold.
