Lavington hosts North Albury, but first-year Panthers' coach Daryl Tuffey says North's shock win in last year's three-match decider hasn't rated a mention.
"No, not at all, we beat them the year before in a final, I think we're both fairly even," he said.
"We've been playing better cricket to be fair than those guys have since Christmas, (but) once again (it's) a clean slate."
Lavington won in 2017-18 after the decider was washed out, while the underdogs claimed last year's crown.

North has a number of match-winners, including attacking batsman Ash Borella, but Tuffey says the Panthers also have their share.
"We're riddled with match-winners, they've got to deal with Darcy I'Anson, Ryan and Nathan Brown, Mick Galvin, our young kid Rory Jenkins and Brad Dalbosco (with the ball)," he said.
