The 70-year-old is a finalist of the Clubbies 2020 Best Administrator award.
"Mrs Harvey knows everyone's name, position but more importantly she encourages the young and old. She cheers on the young ones and gives them all high fives when they come off the field," Norths' veteran Lisa Speedie said.
"She gives 110 per cent to the community within the club but also to the sport and is on the local hockey board.
"There are coaches, but for confirmation of rules, uniforms, club knowledge and the 'what next' it is Mrs Harvey who is consulted."

Meanwhile, Holbrook netballers can't speak highly enough of Jess Barr Smith, who has been nominated in the same category.
The Brookers' secretary secured a $190,000 grant last year to replace the old courts.
Not content with the grant, Barr Smith organised a fundraiser that exploded into a community event under the Holbrook banner, raising $60,000 for MND, cancer and multiple sclerosis.
"Jess moonlights as a nurse so her knowledge has come in handy Saturday at injury time once or twice too," nominator Kristie Preston said.
"She was aptly awarded our 2019 senior club person perpetual trophy."
Barr Smith has also been instrumental in setting up online registrations for the first time for the club.
