Beer has made the decision to expand his Albury base and will move into new stables in the spring that will increase his capacity from 37 to 70 horses.
The 31-year-old moved to Albury from Mornington in September 2018 and has quickly established himself as one of Southern District Racing Association's leading trainers.
Beer had also been considered a target for Murrumbidgee Turf Club as it looks to build a multi-million dollar on-course stable complex, but he has decided to stay in Albury long-term.

"I've been here long enough to know it's working and is where I want to call home," Beer said.
"It has been a horrific 12 months for the club, in terms of back-to-back Cups, but the confidence they've given me, if that's how they conduct themselves at their worst, well then it's a club I want to be part of.
"I was scraping the paint off the walls at Mornington. I make no light of that. It's been a great move for me...and I love living here."
Beer employs 13 staff at Albury and the move will allow him to double the amount of horses he has in work at one time.
Meantime, Beer scratched Kiwi import Enzed Beer from Sandown on Wednesday due to the bad barrier and will send him around at Albury on Friday instead.
He aborted his Scone Cup plans for Echuca Cup winner Hanger, who has gone to the paddock after winning almost $90,000 in his first Australian preparation.
