Extra hygiene measures will be introduced and social distancing encouraged.
Members will not be allowed to use the gym without a towel and will be asked to keep their workouts to less than 60 minutes.
Bookings are needed for squash courts, with only two people permitted per court and players having to bring their own equipment.
"For the health, safety and well-being of club members and club staff, members are advised if they are unwell to refrain from using the club gymnasium and squash courts until they are fully recovered," members were advised in an update.
"If you have recently travelled overseas or have been in contact with a COVID-19-positive person, please do not attend the club until you have taken the appropriate quarantine measures."
