Ongoing uncertainty caused by the pandemic surrounding restrictions put in place by the NSW government have forced the hand of organisers of the Bing Wallder Shield and President's Cup.
The Zone 8 executive and match committee unanimously agreed with the member districts to cancel both events for 2020.

It's the second straight year with no Bing Wallder Shield after it was abandoned because of forecast heavy rain in 2019.
"The venues that were due to host these events will be offered the opportunity to host these events in 2021," Zone 8 match committee chair Bruce Rayner said.
Junee Bowling Club was set to welcome year's Bing Wallder Shield, while the President's Cup was to be played at Leeton and District Bowling Club.
