The Border Mail had the visit confirmed on Monday afternoon by Albury MP Justin Clancy and understands the Premier will be in town by mid-afternoon.

"It's important to be able to give Premier [an idea of] first-hand impacts on the border," Mr Clancy said.
"It's a positive step to have her visit. She is wanting to thank some front-line agencies, and to visit a few local businesses as well.
"I want to start the conversations around recovery and the way forward for our communities."
Mr Clancy anticipates there will be an announcement about the timeframe for the expected border permit changes.
It will be the Premier's first visit in person since announcing the border closure.
Asked if it was belated, Mr Clancy said: "I reached out to the Premier last weekend and said that I thought it would be good for the Premier to visit".
"She responded to that. We've maintained contact throughout these two months, and ensured that we're letting her know of the impacts down here.
"Certainly, it's opportune to have her here now."
Her visit comes after her deputy John Barilaro visited town two weeks ago and again last week, meeting with business leaders and Justin Clancy.
