A driver caught twice for drink driving on Wednesday night in Wodonga used a different car and had a child passenger the second time.

Wodonga police intercepted the 46-year-old man in a Holden Rodeo on Lawrence Street about 9.10pm.
Police said he returned a positive breath test and was taken to Wodonga station where he returned a reading of 0.192.
"His licence was immediately suspended, and keys retained by police with the driver to face court at a later date," police said in a statement.
"Just after 11.40pm, the same driver was intercepted on Melbourne Road, this time in a Mazda CX9 with a 10-year-old female passenger on board."
Police said arrangements were made for the girl to be collected before the driver was taken again to the station, this time returning a result of 0.146.
"The CX9 was impounded at a cost of $1115 and the man will be charged with a second drink driving offence as well as drive while suspended," the statement said.
