Organisers of the popular festival, set on the banks of the Murray River in the border town, put a teaser out on their Facebook page saying the 2021 event will go ahead but fell short of saying when or under what coronavirus restrictions.
"Dreaming of dancing in the dust and having a dip in the Murray?," the post said on Wednesday night.
"2021 is on, and this Strawberry is long overdue.
"Dates, aftermovie, and ticket info will be hitting inboxes over the coming weeks."
IN OTHER NEWS:
The 2020 event was called off due to the pandemic in August last year, with the 2021 event expected to be held in late November or early December.
The 2019 event was marred by a drug-related death and 95 arrests.
