Mnementh is set to contest the $75,000 TAB Highway, (1200m) at Randwick on Saturday in his final hitout before the $150,000 Championships Qualifier at Wagga on February 20.
The promising four-year-old recently finished second in a strong Federal Handicap at Canberra when resuming from a 11-week break.
Beer captured his first Country Championships Qualifier last year with Sky Call before finishing ninth in the final behind the Matthew Dunn-trained Gracie Belle.
The young trainer said he had mapped out a long range plan for Mnementh to target the Country Championships after he won over the Albury carnival last year.
"Mnementh looks to be my best credentialled galloper as far as the Country Championships," Beer said.
"McDonald is booked to ride him in Sydney on Saturday and that's the plan unless he draws horrendously.
"Since he won over the Albury carnival last year he has been set for the Country Championships.
"It will be his final hitout before the qualifier and my plan was to give him two runs over 1200m before stepping-up to the 1400m.
"So it has been a long range plan but so far everything has gone to script."

Beer was glowing in his assessment of Mnementh's recent first-up performance.
"It was a terrific run and he beat home some pretty handy horses like Kattegat who ran second behind Another One in a TAB Highway," he said.
