Racing Wodonga's general manager Steve Wright said the decision was made after the weekend's downpour.
"We had about 54 millimeters of rain in the last 48 hours, which is just too much unfortunately," Wright said.
Wangaratta will also hold Tuesday's official trials.

Racing Wodonga will now look towards their next meet for Caulfield Cup Day.
"That's one of our bigger ones normally, but it will just depend on what happens with crowds," Wright said.
